4 Day Package 1 Dresden and Saxon Switzerland
DAY 1 Dresden
Upon arrival private transfer to your hotel (optional). At 6pm, start a regular city tour (Hop on/Hop off) during the night to enjoy the beauty of the illuminated city.
Day 2 Dresden
A day full of culture and art waits for you: you receive the “Dresden City Card and Dresden Museums Card” valid for 2 days. You can use it for all public transport within the zone of Dresden. Additionally, you have free admission to 14 exhibitions in the city, e.g. Neues Grünes Gewölbe Museum and Gemälde Alte Meister Art Gallery. It also includes discounts for tourist and cultural attractions like a concert at the church of our Lady (Frauenkirche).
Day 3 Dresden - Saxon Switzerland - Dresden
Join a group tour to discover the wonderful landscape of “The Saxon Swiss”. After a short drive along the Saxon Wine Road you will reach this beautiful landscape with exotic sandstone rock formations. Enjoy astounding views from the famous Bastei into the “Little Grand Canyon of Saxony” and over the Elbe River valley. You will also visit the Königstein, medieval fortress on a big plateau.
Day 4 Dresden
After breakfast private transfer to the airport (optional).
4 Day Package 2 - Dresden and Palaces
Day 1 Dresden
Upon arrival in Dresden, private transfer to your hotel (optional). AT 6 PM regular city tour (Hop on/Hop off bus) during the night to enjoy the beauty of the illuminated city.
Day 2 Dresden
A day full of culture and art waits for you: you receive the “Dresden City Card and Dresden Museums Card” valid for 2 days. You can use it for all public transport within the zone of Dresden. Day 3 Dresden – Pillnitz Castle - Dresden
After breakfast board a steamboat across the Elbe river to the Pillnitz Castle*. It was built with a focus on the chinoserie style “Chinesco” and this is what makes it different to the other German palaces. Enjoy some free time in its gigantic gardens. Travel back by boat to Dresden. The afternoon is free.
*The Pillnitz Castle is open from May to October, Tuesday – Sunday.
Day 4 Dresden
After breakfast private transfer to the airport (optional).
