- Jungfraujoch
- The Top of Europe:
Travel to Kleine Scheidegg (6801 ft) at the famous Eiger
North Wall, changing to the Jungfrau railway for the trip
to the top. Stop at Eiger Glacier Station, then on
through the Eiger tunnel viewing sites through windows
hewn out of alpine rock. Finally reach the summit (11,333
ft), home to the Ice Palace and the Sphinx Observation
center.
- Schilthorn
- The 007 View:
Travel by train to Lauterbrunnen. Visit Trümmelbach
Falls, the only interior glacier waterfall in Europe.
Continue to Stechelberg and then to the top of Schilthorn
(9,742 ft) the setting for James Bond's "On Her Majesty's
Secret Service." Return by train via Mürren. (12/3 -

Lake Brienz, stopping first in Iseltwald then in Brienz.

observe skilled wood carvers working on intricate figures

Stroll through the old town, a long, narrow island in the
Aare River, home to a 12th century castle. Visit Thun's
